About UsTina Rasmussen, Ph.D.Principal, Enteleky Associates
Dr. Rasmussen is the author of the books Diversity Mosaic; Organizational Integrity; and The ASTD Trainer’s SourceBook: Diversity (also translated into long-form Chinese). She has contributed chapters to four anthologies with thought leaders such Warren Bennis, Peter Senge, and Margaret Wheatley, and was a contributor to Action Coaching. She has published numerous articles, and has been featured in the magazines Personal Transformation, Vision / Action, Business Ethics, Training & Development, and West. She speaks at conferences on progressive business, leadership and workplace practices, has appeared on television, and is listed in Who’s Who of International Women. Dr. Rasmussen completed her Ph.D. in human and organizational systems at the Fielding Institute, focusing on what helps and hinders organizations in “walking the talk” of their values. She has guest lectured at JFK University, as well as Stanford University’s MBA class, “Creativity in Business” with Michael Ray. Tina is a certified in Emotional Intelligence, the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator, the Enneagram, the Strengths Deployment Inventory, the Values
Inventory, NLP, and the Science of Intuition (by Carolyn Myss, author
of Anatomy of the Spirit). She is also an Ordained Spiritual Counselor,
and has been ordained as a Buddhist nun. Her deep meditative and spiritual
practice spans more than 30 years. Tina was raised in Chicago, enjoys
hiking and dancing, and spends much of her free time on long silent meditation
retreats. She is happily married with two adult step-children. Stephen Snyder, J.D.
Stephen has been and continues to be a practicing California attorney, since passing the bar exam in 1986. He has enjoyed serving as a board member and advisor over the years to spiritual teachers and Buddhist communities, as well as a variety of civic benefit boards. Stephen brings more than 30 years of meditative and spiritual practice to his coaching. In 1999, he attended Interfaith Seminary to more deeply understand the source from which all religions spring forth. He appreciates and values the spiritual and religious life of each coaching client. Stephen is an ordained Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Counselor, as well as being ordained in the Zen Buddhist tradition. He has also served as a volunteer, offering a soothing presence to hospice patients in their final months of life. He is presently co-authoring a book on Buddhist meditative practices, and was a contributor to the book anthology, What Does It Mean to be Human? Stephen is an avid reader, finding much joy in the process of lifelong learning. He was born in California, and spent the first eleven years of his life on Guam. In 1997 he suffered a near fatal accident, from which it took him nearly five years to regain full health. He is happily married, and enjoys spending time with his two adult children.
