Like our name, our approach is somewhat unique. The word “enteleky,” coined by Aristotle, means “the seed of greatness within us.” Our interpretation of this is that the wisdom, talent, and solutions you need are already within you, your team, and your organization. Our job is to act as thought partners in helping you gain clarity and create conditions to draw this potential out. You always “own” the process, so that when the goals are met and our work is complete, you (and your team, if an organizational project) can continue the momentum on an ongoing basis.
